The Youth Group at First Church We welcome young people in grades 5-8. We meet 2 Sundays a month, from 4:00pm - 6:00 p.m. We have combined our efforts with Berlin Congregational Church of Kensington. We alternate the meetings between the two churches. Our meetings include light snacks, fun and fellowship, as well as, learning about and being involved in the life of the church. Our families are involved in fundraising, supporting our outreach and mission program.
Come, make new friends, and see some old ones.
In addition to our bi-weekly meetings, we enjoy a host of other activities. We have: attended Christian Rock festivals, met other youth groups to share activities engaged in community service, walked for hunger and particpated in "Coffee House" nights and retreats. Sarah Flythe, |
